Alexander Grushko

Alexander Grushko ha lavorato per il Ministero degli Affari Esteri Russo, dal 1977, e ha svolto vari incarichi diplomatici, sia alle dipendenze dell’ufficio centrale del Ministero che all’estero.
E’ stato insignito dei seguenti uffici: Capo Divisione del Dipartimento per la Sicurezza e il Disarmo del Ministero degli Affari Esteri Russo, Capo della Delegazione Russa per la Sicurezza Militare e il Controllo degli Armamenti negli Incontri per i Negoziati a Vienna, Rappresentante della Federazione Russa nel Gruppo Consultivo Congiunto per il Trattato sulle Forze Armate Convenzionali in Europa e nella Commissione Consultiva “Open Skies” dell’Incontro OSCE per la Sicurezza e la Cooperazione.
E’ stato Vice Direttore, dal 2001 al 2002, quindi, dal 2002 al 2005, Direttore del Dipartimento per la Cooperazione Europea.

Alexander Grushko has been working for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia since 1977, and has held various diplomatic posts in the central office of the MFA and abroad.
He has served as: Head of Division of the Department for Security Affairs and Disarmament of the MFA of Russia, Head of the Russian Delegation on Military Security and Arms Control in the Negotiating Forums in Vienna, Representative of the Russian Federation to the Joint Consultative Group on the CFE Treaty, the Open Skies Consultative Commission at the OSCE Forum for Security and Cooperation
From 2001 to 2002 he was Deputy Director and, from 2002 to  2005,  Director of the Department of European Co-operation.
