Italy - Germany 4 (stereotypes) - 3

An occasion to better know one other, an initiative to overcome the classical prejudices and stereotypes that oppose the countries forming Europe. The debate, included in the schedule of the Festival d’Europa, will be attended by the Director of the Institute Heiner Roland, the journalist Damiano Fedeli and some German and Italian reporters. The speakers will talk about how media in Italy describes Germany and vice-versa, and will try to identify the latest tendencies of the relation between the two countries, to understand if Italy is actually losing appeal in German media and public opinion and if the traditional passion of Germans for Italy is finished and the reason why young Italians love Berlin so much.
