Fanzine of Europe. An European Passion

Throughout the Festival d’Europa in Florence, it will be possible to consult the production of the Fanzine European publishing history, thanks to the exhibition organized with the contribution of the Revotech company by the Fanzinoteca d’Italia, which keeps thousands of issues of fanzines that document the semi-underground part of European newspapers where it is distinguishable an almost univocal passion for all the ‘fanzine fans’ of Europe.
The exhibition will be an occasion to discover a socio-cultural cross-section that is not very well-known in Italy though its origins date back to the Fifties, and that unites many European countries. The path of the exhibition will be divided into countries with information boards and the opportunity to consult fanzines in the original language.
