The Festival dell’Europa’s first edition (Florence, May 6 to 10, 2011) enters the social networks. The initiative, organised by the European University Institute, has a Facebook page featuring photos from the presentation of the Festival to the city and the press, plus all updates and comments by fans. The Festival is also on Twitter to help real-time communication of latest news and updates to the programme, the participants and the countless facets of the event. Lastly, the YouTube channel dedicated to the Festival hosts all videos featuring contents and services of the major event of next May.
